Description
Our Pop Up Tents come complete with a full color printed canopy and a heavy duty 1.6 inch hexagonal aluminum frame. We print your logo, text or images onto all sides of the canopy so it provides fantastic exposure for your brand at an amazingly low price. For even more brand exposure and protection from the elements, you can order the optional full or half walls for the back and/or the sides which includes single or double sided full color print. The printed tent is strong and lightweight which can be easily assembled in 5 minutes and then packed away in its own compact optional heavy duty carry bag with wheels. It is perfect for corporate events, school events, sporting club events, markets or anywhere a temporary shelter or canopy is required.

The Pop Up Tents have 4 adjustable height settings. Below are the heights for each setting - with measurements for the Side (from the bottom to the top of the vertical posts) and the Centre (from the floor to the very top of the Tent):
Setting 1 - Side : 86" high Centre : 124" high
Setting 2 - Side : 89" high Centre : 127" high
Setting 3 - Side : 92" high Centre : 130" high
Setting 4 - Side : 95" high Centre : 133" high

How long will it take to produce my Pop Up Tent order?
We can produce your order in as little as 3 days after artwork proof approval:
10ft x 10ft and 15ft x 10ft Pop Up Tents:
< 2 units - 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of 30% deposit (if required)
< 7 units - 5 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of 30% deposit
< 12 units - 7 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of 30% deposit
20ft x 10ft Pop Up Tents:
< 4 units - 5 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of 30% deposit (if required)
< 9 units - 7 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of 30% deposit
< 14 units - 9 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of 30% deposit
What material is the printed canopy?
The canopy is made from a high quality 500D Oxford polyester material and includes high resolution full color printing. The material can be printed with any logo/design you choose!
How long will the Pop Up Tent printed canopy and walls last?
The printed canopy and walls of our Pop Up Tents are printed using the dye sublimation process which provides high quality print and vibrant colors.
When used internally (i.e. out of the sun and weather) the printed fabrics will last indefinitely.
When used outdoors the dye sublimation print will fade over time and the amount of fading will depend on the amount of UV they are exposed to. As an indication we would expect the Pop Up Tent fabric to last 6 - 12 months before noticeably fading but this could vary depending on the conditions they are exposed to. However Pop Up Tents are generally used outdoors for one or two day events so will last for a very long time.
It should be noted that polyester fabric canopies and walls supplied by other suppliers in America will last for the same amount of time as they are all printed with the same dye sublimation process.
Are the canopy and walls of the Pop Up Tents flame resistant?
Yes - the canopy and wall materials pass the CPAI- 84 Standard which is a recommended standard for flammability of recreational tents.
How long does it take to assemble the Pop Up Tent?
It only takes 2 people about 5 minutes to set up the Pop Up Tent. You can download our Assembly guide from the ‘Other Downloads’ section above. Once the canopy has been attached to the Pop Up Tent frame the first time, it can stay attached to the frame so future setup is even faster. However we recommend removing the canopy if the Pop Up Tent is being transported in a horizontal position.
How do I secure the Pop Up Tent?
The steel base plates on the base of each leg has 2 holes where you can insert tent pegs to secure the Pop Up Tent. We strongly recommend that you obtain professional advice on what is required to secure your Pop Up Tent in your specific location. Please note that Pop Up Tents should not be used during strong winds as they can lift and become damaged.
What are the packed sizes and weights of the Pop Up Tents?
Frame packed sizes and weights:
10ft: 62” x 10” x 10” - 55 lbs
15ft: 63” x 10” x 13” - 58 lbs
20ft: 63” x 10” x 18” - 71 lbs
Fabric packed size: 22” x 15” x 4”
How can I remove any creases from the polyester fabric?
We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.
