Our Fabric Banners are perfect for advertising your products and your brand at events and exhibitions. They are printed on our premium SignWeave™ polyester fabric in full color using dye sublimation inks to create brilliant images that are durable.
We can finish your Fabric Banners with pole pockets so you can hang them from the roof for your next event, or with grommets to hang up indoors or outdoors. If you want to use them as a backdrop in your exhibition stand, we can simply hem the edges so you can stretch and pin them up.
Fabric Banners can be folded into a small, neat package and easily shipped without risking any damage, they are so lightweight and easy to travel with. Our quality fabric can be ironed or steamed to remove creases.

Why is the SignWeave™ polyester fabric material the best fabric for Fabric Banners?
Our SignWeave™ polyester fabric material provides a strong, thick fabric and a perfect surface to allow vibrant colors to be printed using our state of the art dye sublimation process. The finished product is a high quality, hard wearing and long lasting product. The strong 7.35 oz fabric material has a light absorbing matte finish to reduce glare making it perfect for indoor displays and photography as well as providing a great finish for outdoor signage.
Are Fabric Banners better than Vinyl Banners?
Fabric Banners provide a higher quality appearance than Vinyl Banners and are also much easier to fold and transport. The Fabric Banners will provide a superior indoor display and temporary outdoor display but Vinyl Banners are thicker so they can last longer when used outdoors for extended periods.
How can I display my Fabric Banner?
For Fabric Banners supplied with grommets you can attach them to poles and fences using cords, strings, bungees or cable ties. When attaching the banner to a solid wall you can also use screws and washers through the grommets. Pole pockets can be selected for hanging in indoor displays.
Do you supply any other sizes of Fabric Banners?
The web page has a drop down list of heights and widths we can supply. These are the only sizes we supply for Fabric Banners.
Can I order double sided Fabric Banners?
We do not offer double sided Fabric Banners for this product.
How transparent is the Fabric Banner?
The fabric material is not transparent because it is a heavy 7.35 oz. material however it will allow a small amount of light through. The darker the color, the less light will be visible through the fabric.
What will I see on the other side of the printed Fabric Banner?
As we use a heavy 7.35 oz. fabric material there is only a small amount of bleed through from the print (compared to lighter duty fabric materials which can have a lot of print bleeding through them). So on the reverse side of the Fabric Banner you will see a very faint version of your printed design in reverse.
Will my banner have seams?
We do not have seams on any of our Fabric Banners - they are all printed in one solid piece.
Will the Fabric Banner easily tear?
The fabric banner should not tear when subjected to normal usage. But please be aware that it is a fabric banner so should be kept away from sharp objects. When not in use, you should ensure that it is completely dry and then carefully fold it and store it in a dry location.
What printing process do you use for the Fabric Banners?
We use a Dye Sublimation process to print the Fabric Banners in full CMYK color. Dye Sublimation is a method that transfers your design from a paper film to the fabric using a heat press method. The ink is pressed into the fabric to provide you with a vibrant long lasting fabric banner.
Do you stitch the edges of your Fabric Banners?
Yes - we double stitch to hem the edges of the Fabric Banners. The stitching is only about ½” wide but makes sure that the banner will not fray at the edges. We also double stitch sew the pole pockets at the top and bottom of the banner (when selected) to allow the poles to slide through and support the banner.
What are the grommets made of?
The grommets are made from stainless steel so they are strong and will not rust.
What size are the grommets?
The grommets have an external diameter of 0.75 inches and an internal diameter of 0.35 inches.
Will the grommets pull out of the Fabric Banner?
The Fabric Banners are stitched around the perimeter with 3 layers of the material to provide extra strength for the grommets. The grommets should not rip through these 3 layers of fabric when the banners are used in normal weather conditions. It should be noted that no banners should be left outdoors during extreme weather conditions.
Can I change the spacing of the grommets?
We only offer Fabric Banners with the grommets spaced at the options shown on the web page.
Can I have a different size pole pocket?
We only offer the pole pocket sizes shown on the web page.
Do you supply poles for use with the pole pockets?
We do not supply poles for pole pockets - you will need to source these separately.
Do the pole pockets affect the printed area of the banner?
About 4 inches of your graphic on both the top and the bottom of the Fabric Banner will end up being a part of the pole pocket. We recommend that you avoid having any text within 4 inches of the top or bottom of your design to avoid the text being printed on the pole pocket area.
Can I use the Fabric Banner for photography?
The premium 7.35 oz. SignWeave™ polyester fabric material has a light absorbing matte finish which reduces glare and makes it perfect for photography.
Are the Fabric Banners suitable for use outdoors?
The Fabric Banner material is weather resistant and can be used indoors or outdoors. If using the banner outdoors, you will need to ensure it is properly secured and is not used in extreme weather conditions.
Will the design on the banner fade or rub off?
The Fabric Banner is printed using the latest state of the art dye sublimation process. The ink will last indefinitely indoors and will only fade when exposed to the sun for long periods. The ink locks into the fabric so is quite scratch resistant but care must be taken to avoid sharp objects that may tear the fabric.
How should the banner be stored?
We recommend that you ensure the banner is completely clean and dry, and then carefully folded for storage.
How do I remove creases from the Fabric Banner?
We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It is also possible to use a warm iron but important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not contact the fabric.
Can I wash and dry the Fabric Banner?
The fabric banner is suitable for use in a washing machine on a gentle cycle using cold water - but please avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Please do not place the fabric banner in a tumble dryer - only air dry the fabric banner and ensure it is completely dry before storing.
